2007: Year of...Global Cooling?

According to the Washington Times, 2007 should be named the Year of Global Cooling with "record low temperatures are being set all over the world." A few of the records from article include: Antarctica is getting colder, South America experienced one of its coldest winters in decades, Buenos Aires had snow for the first time since 1918, Johannesburg, South Africa, had the first significant snowfall in 26 years, and the city of Townsville in northeastern Australia experienced the longest period of continuously cold weather since 1941. There's no doubt that the climate is constantly changing!
